This afternoon we got our first two summer bookings for the flat! One through www.homelidays.com and one through www.spain-holidays.com. 2-9 July and 9-16 July, at 450 euros per week. Suddenly the 200 euros hesitantly spent advertising on the two websites above seems like peanuts.

Very true! But there are hundreds of these sites out there, and it's terribly difficult to know which ones to speculate on and when to stop. There's another one that gets very high ranking in the search engines, but costs another 140 euros, do we spend that now or just wait and see what happens first...???
